PANED is a pioneering nonprofit membership organization that seeks to unite Africans in the Diaspora through economic empowerment

PANED is a self-directed association of people who specialized in different fields but united to meet common economic, social, and cultural goals and aspirations through jointly-owned and democratically-controlled projects

 PANED is an economic consumer movement set up primarily to co-ordinate, inform and to spread knowledge of co-operative principles and practice.

 PANED’s vision is to form one economic body that unifies Africans in the Diaspora using pool marketing strategy as a device to survive the capitalist society.

 PANED acts as international spokesman on behalf of its members and protects members’ interest by liaising directly with Government and policy makers.

PANED’s principles is based on the values of democracy, equality, self-help, self-responsibility, equity and solidarity.

 PANED’s operations are based on the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and compassion.

 PANED also provides members with a number of important professional services.

   iii.            PANED employs pool marketing/pool resources management system 

                           iv.            PANED’s membership is open to all Africans in the Diaspora. 

                              v.            PANED is governed on a strict "one member, one vote" basis. 

                           vi.            In PANED, economic benefits are distributed proportionally according to each member's level of input (financial, time and efforts wise)
